International buyers, please email us with your requirements (artwork name, size, quantity and shipping address) and we will get back to you with the overall cost (including shipping cost), delivery time and how to pay.

If you need more than 5 cards of the same design, please email us separately with your exact requirement. Kindly, do not place an order through the online shop if you have such a requirement.

PERSONALISATION

We are open to requests to personalise our products or products of your interest. But we reserve the discretion to not take it up if the topic/purpose it is meant for is not something that excites us or of course if we are already too tied up other projects.

For personlisations please email us with all details regarding the subject, i.e., purpose/occasion, person/people it is meant for, your expectation from us in terms of design/illustration, your budget, deadline and so on. The more details you give us the better equipped we would be in reciprocating.

Please note that the design fee and the time required to do the work will entirely depend on the scope of work so we cannot give you any idea about the same till we know all the details from you beforehand.

The work you commission us to do is not meant for any commercial use by you unless explicitly mentioned at the beginning of the project. It is only for your personal use. You could share it on your social media profiles but it will be great if you credit Unibrow, at least the name if not the website.

Orders for personalisation are only taken via email and not through the shop on this website.

We reserve the right to showcase your personalised projects on our website as well as our social media and for our other promotional activities. We shall take care not to make any of your confidential data/information public.

RETURNS

Returns are processed only if the product received is damaged in transit or faulty at the time of receiving.

Every product is manually checked before mailing thus avoiding any possibility of a wrong or a damaged product being sent across to any buyer. Still if there are any concerns please do let us know.

 

Kindly, email us a picture of the damaged product and the package it came in along with your contact details. We shall process the refund/reorder based on what you prefer.

Refunds may take 10 odd days depending on the the processes of different payment gateways. In case you do not get your refund in the said time please email us intimating the same.

Refunds cannot be provided in case of delays in transit once it has left our doorstep.

Cancellation of orders once paid for, are not possible for now.
