Returns are processed only if the product received by the buyer is damaged in transit or faulty at the time of receiving. Request for returns have to be emailed within 3 days of receiving the product.
Every product is manually checked before mailing thus avoiding any possibility of a wrong or a damaged product being sent across to any buyer. Still if there are any concerns please do let us know.
Kindly, email us a picture of the damaged product and the package it came in along with your contact details. We shall process the refund/reorder based on what you prefer.
Refunds may take 10 odd days depending on the the processes of different payment gateways. In case you do not get your refund in the said time please email us intimating the same.
Refunds cannot be provided in case of delays in transit once it has left our doorstep.
Cancellation of orders once paid for, are not possible for now.
